Ordering policies

Last updated August 24, 2026. Anam Light is made to order from your photos. These terms explain the current U.S. ordering policy in plain language.

Production and cancellation

Production usually begins within 1–2 business days after your order is confirmed. You may request a cancellation and refund until we notify you that production on your custom Anam Light has begun. The cutoff is the exact time that successful production-start notification is recorded as sent. Once that notification is sent and recorded, your personalized order is committed to production and cancellation or refund for a change of mind, photo choice, color choice, or other customer preference is no longer available.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

The production-start cutoff does not limit help for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Use the contact instructions in your order confirmation and include the order number plus clear photos of the problem. We will review it and provide an appropriate repair, replacement, or refund.

Shipping

We ship only to addresses within the United States. Standard shipping is free. Expedited shipping costs $15 and changes carrier transit only; it does not move an order ahead in the production queue. Carrier estimates are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates, and begin after production is complete.

Prices, coupons, and sales tax

The current Anam Light V1 price is $60 before any valid promotion, expedited shipping, or required sales tax. Customer promotion codes are entered and validated in Stripe’s hosted checkout; only one valid promotion code may be used per order unless the offer says otherwise. Any discount, shipping, tax, and final total are shown before you confirm payment.

Stripe automatic tax remains off while LeAdams LLC confirms its registration and collection obligations. Live checkout will not open until the applicable sales-tax setup has been reviewed. A promotion does not change the product or production policy.
