Before you begin
What makes a photo work well?
Clear, well-lit photos with faces or subjects filling the frame produce the strongest result. We’ll flag low-resolution images before checkout.
Can I preview my Anam Light first?
Yes. Choose one to five photos, mark the remaining positions as blank light panels, and see an approximate illuminated preview. Live checkout is not open yet.
How is Anam Light powered?
The V1 Anam Light includes an LED puck and wired USB-C base. A power adapter is not included.
Can I edit or cancel an order?
Production usually begins within 1–2 business days. You may request cancellation and a refund until we notify you that production has started. After that notification, preference-change cancellations and refunds are unavailable. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items remain covered.
What happens to my photos?
Photos are used only to design and make your Anam Light. Final production retention terms and verified delivery-based cleanup will be published before live ordering opens. We never reuse photos for marketing without separate consent.
Can one Anam Light tell a pet, remembrance, sports, or wedding story?
Yes. Use up to five photographs to build around one companion, one life, one season, or one celebration. The story prompts are optional guidance.
Which frame colors are available?
Black, Red, Blue, Yellow, Brown, and Green are the six included standard colors. Each Anam Light uses one solid frame color. Wood, Marble, and Metallic finishes are coming soon and are not available to select yet.
Where do you ship?
Live checkout is not open yet. When it opens, shipping will be within the U.S. only. Standard shipping will be free. Expedited shipping will cost $15 and change carrier transit only; it will never move an order ahead in production.
