Keep payment details private

Never email card numbers or other payment details. Solas & Memoria support does not need them to help with an order.

Photos belong in the private upload flow

Do not send photo attachments unless support explicitly asks you to. Photos used to create your Anam Light belong in the private upload flow, not in email.

Problems with an item

For a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, read our ordering policies and contact us with your order number. Support will tell you if and how to share photos needed to review the problem.
